I’m Natasha Blunt, an ICF-certified Executive Coach and Senior Advisor with 25 years of global experience in brand strategy, business growth, sales, and marketing communications. I’ve worked with global brands, start-ups, and PE/VC-backed businesses across industries including marketing and advertising, renewable energy, sustainability, and digital transformation—aligning strategy, brand positioning, and leadership to drive real impact.
My own transformation led me to retrain as a coach—combining deep industry expertise with personal experience of resilience, change, and growth. I create space for individuals, leaders, and teams to challenge assumptions, explore possibilities, and shape a path forward that is both transformational and sustainable.
